🏆 Biggest accomplishment in the last 10 years?
“Providing a work home for more people than I ever imagined. I was freaking out when we grew past 10 employees.”
💭 Favorite early memory?
“There are a lot, but I remember earning our first dollar doing a residential lot survey for a colleague of ours. We still have the check today!”
💪 What makes PG stand out?
“We’ve grown significantly but we still make an effort to keep the culture of a small company. I love the fact that all three owners are directly involved in the day-to-day and any employee can come to us for any reason.”
🤔 What’s exciting about the next 10 years?
“Moving into our new office building and seeing where our team can take us. We have a lot of talented and hardworking professionals and I’m excited to see what they can accomplish in the next 10 years.”
